Returns & Exchanges

At Wolf Escape Games, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
